At present, Chinese government has also upgraded new energy industry to strategic height and a series of rules and regulations have been worked out consequently, including "Solar Photoelectric Buildings Demonstration Projects", "Golden Sun", "Renewable Energy Law amendment" and so on. Now PV industry in China has stepped into a critical development and reshuffling period with the government support. In order to provide enterprises an international platform for communication and stimulus more innovation from enterprises, China New Energy Chamber of Commerce (CNECC) will build another Bo'Ao in PV industry in Shanghai Rainbow Hotel on March 31th to April 1st --2010 Solar PV Industry Forum. Learning from the previous forum experiences and combining the new market trend,  CNECC has come up with the subject of "New trends, New technology and New application" as the theme.
